I began working for Nexus in October 2004 as a swimming instructor. Became a lifeguard in May 2005 and moved into management in October 2005. I have worked at Risborough Springs, Wycombe Sport Centre, Holywell Mead Outdoor Pool, Evreham Sport Centre and came to Thame Leisure Centre in April 2010.
I hold a number of qualifications in sports coaching, outdoor pursuits and facility management.
