Pay and Go Card terms & conditions
“Pay as you go” Scheme:
1. The “Pay as you Go" Card holder must being the card with him/her on each visit or the cardholder will be liable to pay the normal activity fee.
2. A “Pay as you Go” Card is not transferable. It may only be used by the person to whom it is issued.
3. “Pay as you Go” Card holders may book by telephone up to 7 days in advance and pay for the facility when the booking is taken up.
4. Any booking made using a Pay as you Go” Card number and any subsequent charge owing is the responsibility of the person to whom the card is issued.
5. “Pay as you Go” Card holders may cancel a booking provided 48 hours notice is given.
6. Bookings not honoured will be charged at the full rate.
7. Payment of outstanding charges should be received at the appropriate site within 14 days or the advantages of the “Pay as you Go” Card will be withdrawn. No booking will be accepted after the 14 day period has elapsed.
8. Casual bookings may be made 7 days in advance from the following times from the times advertised at each individual centre.
9. For discounts to apply to court bookings, at least 50% of participants must be “Pay as you Go” Card holders. The higher discount level will only apply to court bookings if 50% of participants hold “Pay as you Go” Card giving that level of discount.
10. Clubs, schools, groups and block bookings are excluded from the “Pay as you Go” Card scheme.
11. There must be at least one adult “Pay as you Go” Card holder to qualify for the discounted family price for swimming.
12. A “Pay as you Go” Card may be left as a deposit for hired equipment. If equipment is lost or damaged through misuse the cardholder will be liable for the replacement/repair costs.
13. The sport centres retain the right to withdraw all or part of the facilities for any period or periods with or without notice in connection with any cleaning, repair, alteration, maintenance work or functions.
