Trampolining
Fancy something to put a spring in your step? Why not try trampolining?!
Whether you can already front drop, somersault or have never bounced before, it's great fun, so come and have a go! Trampolining is a great sport for anyone and everyone, and most people pick it up really quickly. We have qualified coaches at every session to get you started or help you advance if you've done it before.
This is an exciting sport consisting of jumps with somersaults and twists in the air. We provide a complete programme for participants to gain confidence and learn specific skills. We offer a progressive route for children from the age of 2 through to elite squads enabling them to achieve British Gymnastics Awards.
You can start with a simple bounce and end up doing multiple twists and somersaults - but whatever the level we can provide excellent coaching and support, working on shapes, flexibility and strength positions.
For your comfort and safety
Please wear suitable and comfortable clothing along with sports socks (or trampoline shoes) and remove all jewellery prior to attending a class. Please abide by the rules and safety guidelines at all times.
