Squash and Racketball
Racketball is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK, and Nexus Community are please to be working in partnership with England Squash and Racketball to offer you 5 coaching sessions for just £5.00.
The group coaching sessions, will be available at Didcot Leisure Centre starting Tuesday 13th July 2010 and Henley Leisure Centre starting Friday 16th July 2010. The sessions which are open to all abilities, will help those new to the sport get to grips with the techniques that make this sport one of the best calorie burners around.
Racketball is especially good for beginners as the larger ball and racket head makes the sport easier to pick up. Getting the right coaching on any sport from beginning can help anyone play to their best ability - whether you aspire to be an elite player or simply shape up for summer.
Racketball is highly addictive and great fun, it is a fantastic sport that promotes good hand eye co-ordination, helps to increase fitness and is really sociable.
