We all know that a healthy lifestyle needs to include some physical activities each week. Inactivity is now linked to problems of ill-health and obesity. Most of us in the UK are not active enough to achieve health benefits.
Ideally, health experts recommend 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week for adults and children should be doing 60 minutes of activity every day.
