Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances. For a refund to be considered you must

Cancel the booking no less than 48 hours in advanced of the session start time.
If you wish to re-arrange the session,you must inform us no less than 48 hours in advance of the session start time.
A refund will only be issued on the basis NEXUS being able to re-sell the session.
The session will be charged at the full rate quoted at the time of booking. Part refunds are not available if participants are not able to attend the session
All refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee, unless the session is cancelled by NEXUS
