There are many ways to keep your body fit and healthy. Most people are aware of the various exercise options but you may not be aware how often you should exercise. At least five bouts of activity of a minimum of 30 minutes are recommended every week. These can include lifestyle activities such as walking or gardening but should include three sporting activities per week e.g. gym, swimming, squash or five-a-side.
