John Amatt [Operations Director]
With Operations as part of my title I work in many areas, but in short I am responsible for ensuring Nexus Community continues to deliver high quality services that are valued and impact positively on people’s lives. I have worked for Nexus since its birth in 1996 and have a passion for, and a commitment to, the Leisure Trust movement that I know is making a difference; creating strong and working partnerships across the country.
Steve Hercus [Commercial Director]
I'm responsible for health and fitness,sales and memberships, marketing and brand, and many aspects of business development. I've worked for the organisation since 1992 in one guise or another and am enthusiastic about the positive and proactive relationships we have with our Local Authority partners.
Robert Jamieson (Services Director)
I'm responsible for procurement across the company as well as leading on our green agenda. I also oversee our provision for catering and hospitality.
Sarahlise Evans [Finance Director ]
My remit within the Company is to look after the money. I have worked within the leisure trust environment since 2000 and firmly believe that this is the most effective way to deliver high quality services to local communities.Viv McMillan (Human Resources Director)
I'm responsible for the overall direction of HR within the company, the company's legal work and am also the Company Secretary. I have worked for the organisation since 1995 and originally helped to create and launch the company.I will continue to do everything I can to make this a great company to work for.
