Tour De France Gym Challenge

Gym Challenge

The Tour de France starts on 2nd July 2011, so here at Nexus we thought we get started and offer you this fantastic gym challenge.

Starting from 9th May 2011 at your nearest Nexus Leisure Centre

Complete the total distance of 3360km
Use any cycle to complete challenge (One Spinning Class is equivalent 400km)
5 minutes is worth 100km
You can log a maximum of 400km per visit

Shade in the squares on the wallchart at your nearest gym as you complete the distance

Once complete you be presented with a certificate and prizes
