Group Exercise What is it?
Classes used to be labelled "aerobics" but today the range and variety of classes on offer is enormous. There are classes for everyone and classes are a fun and effective way to exercise! With so many options these types of classes are now referred to as group exercise.
Exercising in a group makes it more fun and, therefore, more effective! It’s proven that if you exercise with like-minded people you’re far more likely to continue and achieve your goals. You may even find a training partner to keep you motivated.
