Changes to Nexus leisure centre activity online booking

 In December Nexus leisure centres moved over to a new membership, booking and admissions system, to improve our customer service and provide more flexibility to meet customer needs.

Part of the improvement is to the online bookings system, meaning the way you book activities such as group exercise, badminton and squash court bookings will change.. You will no longer need your pin number to book, just your email address and chosen password. 

How to book online

Carry out the following steps to continue using online booking:

1. Click on the online booking link (available below)

2. Register as a new user to the website.

3. Once registered, log in.

4. From the landing page, select ‘Connect Membership’ on the left hand menu bar.  You will then be requested to enter your membership number* and at least one more additional detail (postcode, date of birth, phone number) to confirm your membership.

5. You will then have your online profile connected to your leisure centre membership, then you will be able to update your profile and continue to make online bookings.

*This is NOT the number on the back of your membership card. Please contact your local leisure centre for your membership number.
