Richard Boulton [General Manager]

I have worked in a number of Leisure Centres over 17 years. My career has taken me from Lifeguard / Recreation Assistant to my current position of General Manager at Chalfont Leisure Centre. Working my way up through the ranks has given me a valuable understanding of customer and employee needs and expectations.

In addition to ensuring that customers have a safe and enjoyable visit, the role of Manager is very much that of problem solver! I try to ensure that I am always available and open to discuss ways to move the site forward.

I hold quarterly customer forums which I would encourage any of our users to attend and give feedback. While I cannot always provide the perfect solution – I will ensure that any suggestion is investigated and implemented where possible.
